PM मोदी ने की कोरोना वायरस के खिलाफ जंग में नर्सों के योगदान की सराहना, कहा- देश आभारी रहेगा

नई दिल्ली: प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने समाज को स्वस्थ्य रखने में नर्सो के योगदान की सराहना करते हुए मंगलवार को कहा कि कोरोना वायरस के खिलाफ लड़ाई में उनके महत्वपूर्ण कार्यो के प्रति देश आभारी रहेगा। ‘अंतरराष्ट्रीय नर्स दिवस’ के अवसर पर प्रधानमंत्री ने अपने ट्वीट में कहा, ‘‘अंतरराष्ट्रीय नर्स दिवस हमारी पृथ्वी को स्वस्थ्य बनाये रखने के लिये दिन-रात काम करने वाली हमारी नर्सो के प्रति आभार व्यक्त करने का एक विशेष दिवस है।’’

उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान में वे (नर्स) कोविड-19 को पराजित करने के लिये महत्वपूर्ण कार्य कर रही हैं। हम उन नर्सो और उनके परिवार के सदस्यों के प्रति आभारी हैं। पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि फ्लोरेंस नाइटिंगल से प्रेरित हमारी कठिन परिश्रमी नर्स जबर्दस्त करूणा से भरी हुई हैं। आज हम उनके कल्याण के लिये काम करने की अपनी प्रतिबद्धता की पुन: पुष्टि करते हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि हम इस क्षेत्र में अधिक ध्यान देने को प्रतिबद्ध हैं ताकि इनकी कमी न हो। वहीं, भाजपा अध्यक्ष जे पी नड्डा ने कहा कि ‘अंतरराष्ट्रीय नर्स दिवस’ पर देश के प्रति असीम करूणा एवं सेवा के लिये वे सभी नर्सो, आशा एवं आंगनवाड़ी कर्मियों के प्रति आभार प्रकट करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि आपकी (नर्सो) दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति न केवल समाज के स्वास्थ्य के लिये बल्कि कोविड-19 के संकट के खिलाफ लड़ाई में लोगों को प्रेरित कर रही है।
